REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Ifeosa does not offer monetary refunds. Eligible unopened items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below."

 

Return Eligibility

 Due to the nature of fragrance products and health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging. Once a fragrance seal is broken or the product has been used, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unopened items. Items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact and all seals unbroken.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@ifeosa.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@ifeosa.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the product packaging showing any damage or broken seals
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored.

Defective Spray Mechanisms
If your fragrance atomizer or spray mechanism is not functioning properly, please contact us at support@ifeosa.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief video demonstrating the issue (showing the spray mechanism not working)
  • Confirmation that the product seal was intact when received

We will provide a replacement of the same product for verified defective spray mechanisms. The defective product must be returned to us. The product must remain unused aside from testing the spray function.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Items with broken seals or missing original packaging
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for unopened items in their original sealed packaging. If you would like a different product, please return your unopened item and we will send you a replacement of equal or greater value. Contact us at support@ifeosa.com to arrange an exchange."In the event that your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issuance."

Returns
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are eligible for exchange only. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, we will ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
