SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Method
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all orders ship via ground transportation only. Perfumes and colognes contain alcohol-based ingredients that require ground shipping to ensure safe delivery and comply with carrier regulations. We do not offer expedited or air shipping options.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, ground delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Your total delivery time from order placement will be 4-10 business days.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@ifeosa.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Ifeosa ships to select international destinations including Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Japan, Netherlands, and Poland. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International.
Delivery Timeframe: 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Shipping Rate: A flat international shipping rate applies at checkout.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Ifeosa is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Fragrance Shipping: All fragrances are carefully packaged and declared in compliance with international shipping regulations for hazardous materials.
